10.30-16.00 hrs Preparation for the evening tasting menu: familiarisation with cooking techniques and workflow
15.30 hrs Staff lunch
Price: 80 €/person.
Maximum 2 participants per workshop at a time.
On demand: you can "eat what you cooked", with the option to eat the menu of the day. Reservations are required! Dinner costs 74€ per person. "Live in the kitchen": if you prefer to stay in the kitchen during service time, this is also possible. This costs an extra 53 € per person

Fermented-drink workshop
You will have the opportunity to participate in a 2-hour fermented beverage workshop where you will learn the basics of home fermentation.
Price of the worksop:53 €/person
The price includes coffee, water, snack and 1 bottle of fermented drink prepared by you.
Ceramics workshop
A creative programme for everyone. We welcome you if you are a pottery lover, but we are also the place to be if you are "just" an enthusiastic amateur, but would love to have your morning coffee from your own ceramic mug.
Price for the 3-hour workshop: 66 €/person
